We are not an agency.

Standard recruitment no longer closes the gap. CVs arrive rarely, vacancies sit open for months, and the people brought in leave again within a year.

We work differently. We are the digital bridge between Indonesian nurses and your care home: we prepare the people ourselves, handle the paperwork ourselves, and stay close after arrival. You see everything online and decide for yourself.

Bot in Indonesian

Apa kabar?
  • Employer dashboard

Documents, language level, recognition stage and next step for every candidate. Even with ten people in process at once.

  • AI German trainer for care

Up to 1 in 4 foreign nurses leave within the first year, usually because of communication. Our candidates practise ahead of time: conversations with residents, relatives, and shift handovers. A B2 certificate on paper becomes B2 on shift.

  • Contact after arrival

A bot in Indonesian regularly checks in on how things are going. We learn about a problem before a resignation.

  • One manager

One person who knows everything about your candidates.

We work according to the principles of the government fair recruitment seal. We apply after our first placements.

A specialist who stays.

You make the last payment after probation is passed. If the person leaves in the first 6 months, we find a replacement free of charge. It is in our interest to bring someone who stays.

Everything in one place

  • Fair recruitment

The nurse pays nothing. We work to the standards of the government seal.

  • Language before arrival

Partner schools in Indonesia and an AI German trainer. B1 at interview, B2 on arrival.

  • Precise matching

We study your vacancy first, then show you people. The decision is always yours.

  • Integration

We prepare both the nurse and your team. We stay with you until the end of probation.

Three payments

  • Free replacement in the first 6 months.

  2. 40% Start fee first shift with you
  3. 30% Retention fee probation passed

Why Indonesia

  • Indonesia has many registered nurses, but almost no private channels into Germany.
  • Indonesian nurses are already working in German hospitals, for example in Bonn.
  • We are on the ground: a team in Indonesia, partner German schools, and a licensed placement agency for departure.

New colleagues settle in where they are expected.

A free guide for the shift lead: how to welcome Indonesian colleagues, what matters in the first weeks, how to speak so you are understood.
