Fair recruitment

We recruit nurses from Indonesia according to the principles of the government fair recruitment seal. In practice, this means:

• Only the employer pays

  All our services are paid for by the employer (Bestellerprinzip). The candidate pays nothing for recruitment, language training, documents or the flight.

• No fees for candidates

  Neither we nor our partners in Indonesia charge the candidate any fee at any stage of the process.

• No recruitment from at-risk countries

  We do not recruit nurses from countries on the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List.

• Transparent contracts

  Every candidate receives their employment contract in a language they understand, with no hidden terms.
