What we collect and why
When you submit the request form we collect your name, work email, phone number, agency name and website, agency country, candidate numbers and profiles, optional target regions, meeting preference and any comment you leave. We use this to assess your request, reply to you and, if you proceed, to deliver the service.
Legal basis
Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to run this site and process your request: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection).

The retention period will be added before launch.

Data about German care facilities we contact
Separately from the form above, our service involves calling and messaging staff at German care facilities on behalf of client agencies. We source this contact data from publicly available sources (facility websites, public directories and public listings) and from information facilities themselves provide during outreach. We use it only to offer our clients' recruitment services, for as long as a facility has not asked us to stop. A facility contact can ask us at any time, by phone, email or in writing, to stop contacting them and to delete their data from our records, using the contact details below.
