What counts as a qualified meeting

A meeting counts toward a pilot or retainer only if it meets all four criteria:

  • The attendee is a decision maker: director, head of nursing or HR.
  • The facility needs at least 2 staff within 12 months.
  • The facility is open to international hires.
  • The meeting actually took place.

No-shows

If a scheduled meeting does not happen because the facility contact does not show up, we replace it free of charge.

Prepayment

The pilot package is paid in advance, by invoice, before work begins. Retainer plans are invoiced per the agreed schedule.

Anti-circumvention

During the engagement and for 12 months after it ends, the client agrees not to contact, directly or indirectly, any facility or facility contact introduced by us outside of a meeting we arranged, without our written consent.

Regional exclusivity

For Sales Team and Full Cycle plans, we do not work with a competing agency in the client's contracted region for the duration of the engagement.

No guarantee of hire

We guarantee qualified meetings as defined above and the work behind them. We do not guarantee that any meeting results in a hire, offer or signed contract.
